These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by
Print on Sydney Pty Ltd, including its affiliates, employees, and authorised representatives.
Our Commitment to You
At Print on Sydney, we aim to provide exceptional service and high-quality outcomes for every client. Please read the following terms carefully to help us ensure your order runs smoothly, from design through to delivery.
Definitions
- Client: Refers to the individual or organisation placing an order or using our services, including its representatives, employees, or website users.
- Company: Refers to Print on Sydney Pty Ltd and its related entities.
Order Refusal Rights
We reserve the right to reject orders that conflict with our ethical standards. We will not accept material that promotes hate, violence, discrimination, or any harmful conduct. We encourage creativity but expect content to align with responsible, respectful communication.
If you’re unsure about the nature of your content, our team is happy to discuss and clarify acceptability.
Business Hours
Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. All processing and production times are based on business days.
- Daily Order Cut-off: 10:00 AM – orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Same Day Production: Artwork approval must be received in writing within 1 hour.
- Next Business Day & 2-Day Orders: Require written approval within 2 hours.
Production timelines do
not include delivery timeframes.
If we are unable to meet your requested deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will contact you promptly.
Turnaround Timeframes
While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen issues such as equipment faults, courier delays, or third-party supplier problems may affect delivery. In such cases, Print on Sydney will notify clients and explore alternative solutions where possible.
Payment Policy
Placing an order confirms agreement to our payment conditions.
- Non-Account Clients: A 50% deposit is required for printing services. Full payment is required upfront for artwork and design services.
- Final Payment: Must be received prior to order dispatch.
- Credit Accounts: Available to approved clients. Overdue invoices will incur a 15% late fee and any debt collection expenses. All goods remain the property of Print on Sydney until paid in full.
Discount Eligibility
Discounts for 7-Business-Day turnarounds, reseller programs, and Not-for-Profit organisations cannot be combined. This ensures equitable pricing across customer groups.
Artwork Requirements
All artwork must be submitted in
press-ready format per our specifications. Files not meeting these standards may require re-quotation and may impact turnaround.
- Proof Approval: We provide digital proofs for approval. Changes after approval may delay production and may incur extra charges. We are not liable for mistakes stemming from inaccurate or incomplete client instructions.
Colour Reproduction Disclaimer
Printing is done using CMYK full-colour processes. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless specifically requested, and may not be achievable on all products. Additional fees apply for PMS colour matching, where available.
Product Suitability
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the product ordered is fit for its intended purpose. Our liability is limited to a reprint or refund for workmanship or material issues. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Content Rights and Usage
Clients must have legal rights to all submitted content, including fonts, logos, images, and text. Print on Sydney accepts no responsibility for legal disputes resulting from unauthorised use of content.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer local and nationwide shipping. While we ensure orders are dispatched on time to third-party carriers, we are not responsible for delays by those carriers.
- Special Delivery Requirements: Must be communicated at the time of ordering. Additional costs may apply for missed instructions.
- Order Pickup: Clients will be notified when orders are ready for collection. Unclaimed orders will be recycled, donated, or disposed of after 14 days. Payments are non-refundable.
Price Changes
All pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue products or services at any time.
Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
- Cancellations: Subject to a $35 admin fee. If production has begun, a minimum of 25% of the order value applies. Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
- Faulty or Incorrect Orders: Must be reported immediately upon delivery. If confirmed, we will reprint or replace the item within 7 days. We do not accept returns caused by customer error or wear and tear.
Client-Supplied Garments for Printing
We accept client-supplied garments under the following conditions:
- Approval Required: All garments must be inspected and approved by our production team before printing.
- At Client’s Risk: Print on Sydney is not liable for print issues related to garment composition or treatment. Results may vary based on the material.
- Pre-Wash Recommended: Garments should be pre-washed and ironed (no fabric softener) before submission to ensure better print adhesion.
- Misprints:
- We will reprint on another client-supplied garment at no extra charge (if available), or
- Refund the printing cost only. Garment replacement is not provided.
Use of Printed Work in Promotions
We may showcase printed work on our website or social media platforms unless advised otherwise at the time of ordering. Personal or sensitive details will never be shared.
Corrections and Errors
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or service errors without prior notice.
Indemnity Clause
By using our services, you agree to indemnify Print on Sydney and its representatives from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of
New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under NSW jurisdiction.
Amendments to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
